[ivtv-users] hvr-1600 update

I have the hvr-1600 working to some degree on a mythbuntu 8.10 system.

- 2.6.27-7-generic
- AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+

The ir blaster and receiver are both working ()

Initially, I had mythtv configured to set the recording resolution to
720x480 and variable bit rate of 6000-9000 (my previous pvr250 settings).
Once changed to 704x480 and variable bit rate of 4500-6000  the audio and
video sync issues resolved and the video play back no longer freezes.

Remaining issues,

- Video playback still jumps every few seconds, looks as though there are a
few missing frames.
- lirc_pvr150 module appears to be consuming noticeable amount of cpu time.

I have attached dmesg output from some recordings made using fresh source
from lastnight and patched to resolve cx18_writel_expect bug.
