[ivtv-users] PVR-500 audio glitches (chirping)

I posted this last week on the MythTV users list but no one was able to 
help me there so I thought I'd post here.  First, I searched the 
archives and I wasn't able to find anything definite on how to resolve 
the issue I'm experiencing.


The best way I could describe it is that while audio is playing, you 
sometimes hear some chirping during normal audio.   At first, I thought 
it was the audio on my FE but when I heard the same sound at the same 
spots on a 2nd FE, I was sure it was the source.  Next, I listened to 
the raw recording (pulled it out using Nuvexport) and it was there too.  
I've gone through the mythbackend logs and any other log I can think of 
but I don't see any errors.

To try to resolve the issue, I've shuffled my PCI cards around; this 
didn't he
lp.  I put in a PVR-350 card, still had the audio chirping. 

I hope someone can help me figure this one out.

2x Samsung 1T SATA drives
4x Seagate 420G ATA drives
