Hello all,
I reported this problem to the list some time ago. Unfortunately I have not

There were a few replies, most regarding the ivtv version I was using (1.4.0).
I have now upgraded to a newer kernel; tried both Gentoo's 2.6.30-gentoo-r4
and the vanilla 2.6.30.3 kernels and, unfortunately, the issue remains.
At least I am now on 1.4.1:
jeroen at video ~ $ dmesg | grep ivtv | grep version
ivtv: Start initialization, version 1.4.1

I can still consistently trigger a reboot with this command.
Any ideas?
Thanks & best regards,
