Hi, I have no ideas, but I found this reference to someone having
a problem with that motherboard rebooting while _playing_ video
under Windows MCE:

That's without a PVR-500 AFAICT, but maybe it points to a mobo issue
with high disk or PCI usage.  Just random thoughts....
