- ivtv: fix decoder crash regression

This is a high prio bug fix for 2.6.29 that fixes a regression that was 
introduced in kernel 2.6.27.

Mike, can you queue this fix for inclusion in the stable series of 2.6.27 
(if still possible) and 2.6.28?
