For my setup, *I think* the audio buzz is on all NTSC channels. Sometimes the audio buzz is difficult to hear because the sound from the actual program masks the audio buzz away. Also, the volume of the audio buzz differs from channel to channel.

Thanks for providing some troubleshooting steps. Do I enable tuner, tuner-simple, and cx18 debug (info, debug, i2c, and mailbox) with this cx18 kernel option: debug=83?
