Does your PVR350 have an saa7127 or saa7129 chip?

I guess it is a saa7129. 
There is a long-standing bug in the kernel module for saa7127/saa7129, which 
did not cause problems in kernels before 2.6.28. But another fix done in 
2.6.28 made this bug much more visible, breaking the s-video output for 
saa7129.

There is already a patch which hopefully will come into 2.6.28.1:
