We just tried the RF hookup (using a vcr) and get the same sync issues :(
(picture looks beautiful on a local tv, just not via the card :(

Not sure if it helps, but the camera¹s specs are:

Video out: BNC, 1.0 Vp-p, 75 ohm, sync negative
