Yeah, it looks like you do occasionally get a BER/UNC error (despite
the SNR appearing to be stable).  I wonder what is up with that.

I'll have to see if I can find some cycles to see if I can reproduce
the issue here.

Just to be clear, we're talking about ClearQAM right? (and not OTA ATSC)
