This patch allows Ivtv to be build for linux-2.6. The patch is based
on a patch from Steven Fuerst. However, this patch does not sacrifice
support for 2.4 and can be build outside kernel sources. The Ivtv
framebuffer driver was ported to 2.6 by Matthias Badaire.

To build the 2.6 modules, go to the ivtv/driver directory and run:

  make
  make install
