IVTV changes:

1.0.0 release
	Removed the ivtv driver from this repository: the ivtv driver is
	now included in the kernel (starting from 2.6.22) and is maintained
	in the v4l-dvb repository.

	What remains are the ivtv-fb module, the saa717x module and the
	test tools and utilities.

	Eventually the ivtv-fb and saa717x module should also be moved to
	the kernel.
